Job Description

Craft visually compelling and commercially viable book covers spanning a diverse range of genres.

Create visually compelling interior page layouts and artwork specifically designed for educational materials, ensuring strict adherence to established publishing standards while significantly improving overall readability.

Create production-ready print files while maintaining proper formatting, accurate color profiles, adequate bleed, and high-resolution output.

Verify that all design deliverables exhibit originality, professionalism, and strict adherence to the company’s established style and target audience expectations.

Maintain a cohesive and unified brand identity across all design projects, ensuring visual and thematic alignment with established guidelines.

Partner with editorial, marketing, and production teams to produce designs of exceptional quality.

Develop visual content tailored for both print and digital media, ensuring high-quality suitable for respective formats.

Oversee a diverse portfolio of design projects, ensuring strict adherence to established deadlines. Deliver high-quality work consistently within specified timeframes to meet organizational and client expectations.

Seeking a highly organized professional with strong analytical and communication skills to support our team. Applicant must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, is essential. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in graphic design is required.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite applications—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW—is essential for this role.

A high degree of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role.

Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously while also contributing effectively within collaborative team environments.
