A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is required.

A recognized qualification in Insurance, such as a Diploma from LOMA or CII, along with the TDPK credential, is required.

Proven success in Life Insurance Sales Leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.

Have a proven track record of successfully navigating intricate business landscapes or highly regulated industries, coupled with a demonstrated ability to thrive in demanding professional settings.

To cultivate robust stakeholder relationships, one must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences while fostering trust and collaboration. This involves understanding stakeholder needs, aligning interests, and consistently delivering on commitments to establish long-term partnerships. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence are essential to navigate varying perspectives and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Possess an exceptional grasp of technology, change management, process optimization, and operational leadership within applicable business contexts.
