We are seeking a motivated intern to support our People Operations team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in human resources. Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding processes, coordinating training sessions, and contributing to employee development initiatives. We seek an intern to collaborate with the Global People Operations team from June through August 2026. In this role, you will partner closely with the Performance Development division within Global People Operations to advance critical organizational objectives, including onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives.

This internship offers a practical learning experience for individuals passionate about People Operations, organizational growth, and the systems that empower global teams to excel. You will engage in daily operational tasks as well as strategic initiatives, providing insight into how a multinational organization develops and implements scalable people-centric solutions.

This position demands a high level of ownership, with clearly defined deliverables. You will oversee your own projects, promptly notify stakeholders of any obstacles, and drive initiatives forward with exceptional organization, sound judgment, and meticulous execution.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the onboarding process and enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization’s onboarding initiatives, develop engaging orientation programs, and address employee needs from recruitment through their tenure. Responsibilities include coordinating orientation sessions, collaborating with HR and department leaders to streamline processes, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Proficiency in HR systems and a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies are required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company’s culture and driving employee satisfaction from day one.

Support the seamless integration of new team members by overseeing onboarding coordination and pre-onboarding procedures, ensuring they transition smoothly into ID insight.

Maintain and enhance onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Collect and analyze feedback from new employees during the onboarding process to uncover areas for enhancement, ensuring ongoing improvements are identified and implemented.

We develop and implement processes and systems to enhance employee performance and drive organizational growth. Our focus is on establishing performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, we oversee talent development initiatives, succession planning, and workforce analytics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize workforce productivity and engagement.

Facilitate the implementation of comprehensive, organization-wide growth cycle initiatives.

Provide support in monitoring, documenting, and assessing data associated with performance evaluations and workforce transitions.

Operational coordination responsibilities encompass supporting promotional initiatives, managing employee transitions, and ensuring follow-up procedures are completed after review cycles.

Contributes to the execution of key Strategic People Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering workforce optimization.

Assist in the creation and enhancement of internal resources, communications, and training materials specifically designed for people-related programs and processes.

Deliver research-backed insights, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and provide project management expertise to advance dynamic People Operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and familiarity with project management methodologies is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are necessary to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.

Required

Enrolled in or having recently completed a degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a closely aligned discipline.

Demonstrated proficiency in organizing tasks, coordinating projects, and balancing competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

Proficient in crafting clear, concise written correspondence and adept at engaging in professional communication with teams and stakeholders at all levels within a multinational organization.

Proficient in leveraging spreadsheet applications, presentation software, and collaborative platforms—particularly within the Google Workspace ecosystem—coupled with a demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate and adapt to unfamiliar systems.

Demonstrates exceptional precision and a steadfast commitment to overseeing operational workflows with reliability and meticulousness.

Professionals with a strong focus on People Operations, enhancing employee experience, advancing organizational development, or shaping organizational culture are encouraged to apply.
