Seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the position identified as CIH-HR-05/2026, a role commencing in May 2026. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, ensuring workplace safety, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in HR management systems. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a master’s degree or HR certification considered advantageous.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal, offering leadership and governance for the Institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the designated campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of academic programs, supervising staff, supporting students, maintaining operational efficiency, adhering to institutional and regulatory standards, and executing the Institute’s strategic goals.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and fostering community engagement initiatives tailored to the campus catchment area.

Oversee the effective use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets to maintain their optimal condition and security.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System guidelines such as ISO 9001:2015.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is mandatory. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management is required.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities alongside advanced communication proficiencies and meticulous organizational expertise.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) systems, as well as administrative software and platforms, is essential for this role. Strong technical skills in these areas enable efficient management of digital resources and streamlined operational workflows.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education represents an additional asset for consideration in this role.
