A master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Strategy, or a closely related discipline is required.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is required.

A recognized qualification equivalent to CPA-K or ARCA is required.

A recognized insurance diploma, along with LOMA or CII certification and completion of the TDPK qualification, is required.

A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in Life Insurance Sales is required.
