Ensure Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) and disability inclusion are mainstreamed throughout all project activities and processes.
Design and implement comprehensive inclusion strategies, action plans, and practical tools to foster an equitable and supportive organizational environment.
Conduct training and capacity-building initiatives for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assist in creating monitoring frameworks that are attentive to gender and disability considerations.
Craft comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations designed to enhance the effectiveness of inclusive programming initiatives.
Qualifications
A relevant academic background in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrates a strong background in advancing Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) initiatives, with a particular focus on disability inclusion.
Proven track record in executing evaluations, leading instructional workshops, and designing initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within organizational frameworks.
Possesses exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at engaging stakeholders effectively, and excels in crafting comprehensive reports.
Proficiency in donor-funded or development initiatives is highly desirable.
