Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of computer operations and software navigation.
Proficient in front office operations and customer service administration, with a strong command of industry best practices and procedures.
Skilled in operating front office equipment and payment processing terminals, including PDQ machines, with proficiency.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili, with a strong command of language for effective communication.
