Job Summary

The Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisors will play a key role in supporting the seamless daily operations of all dining venues and food & beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, and adherence to company standards. This position involves overseeing restaurant managers, outlet supervisors, and service teams, coordinating service delivery, upholding quality benchmarks, and contributing to the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and achieve project milestones. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced technological environment.

Holders of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or an equivalent discipline are eligible for consideration.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
