Own financial performance management for the designated brands and channels encompasses delivering precise analysis of historical financial results, identifying potential risks and growth opportunities, and providing future financial outlooks.
In collaboration with Sales, oversee the formulation of plans, establishment of targets, and execution of forecasting—such as Latest Estimates—while maintaining clear assumptions and consistent progress updates.
Oversee, monitor, and manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders while establishing governance frameworks and conducting post-evaluation assessments.
Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, analyzing ROI and effectiveness metrics to enhance program outcomes.
Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for innovation projects, portfolio expansions, and revenue optimization strategies, while facilitating informed go/no-go decisions and monitoring benefit realization.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.
Provide management reporting and perform variance analysis against the plan and budget; collaborate on period-end close activities alongside relevant finance partners.
Provide ad hoc analytical support and project assistance to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in software development methodologies, debugging, and system architecture. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in project management and possess a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and cloud computing platforms.
Essential
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
7+ years of hands-on experience in finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering, preferably within FMCG or comparable high-complexity industries.
Proficiency in technical finance is essential, encompassing expertise in accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and strategic analysis.
