Oversee and execute critical tasks essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Serve as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leadership teams, delivering strategic insights, constructive feedback, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable, profitable expansion.

Own the financial performance management for designated brands and channels by providing precise analysis of actual results, potential risks and opportunities, and future outlook.

Partner with Sales to spearhead planning initiatives, establish targets, and conduct forecasting—including Latest Estimates—while maintaining clear, transparent assumptions and adhering to a consistent update schedule.

Oversee and manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining rigorous governance standards throughout the process, including post-evaluation reviews.

Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments by analyzing ROI and effectiveness metrics, ensuring programs are optimized for improved outcomes.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives, while providing critical support for go/no-go decision-making and ongoing benefits tracking.

Collaborate with supply chain teams to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Produce management reports and conduct variance analysis in comparison to the established plan and budget, while collaborating with finance partners to facilitate period-end close processes.

Provide ad hoc analysis and undertake projects as requested by regional and commercial stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development, systems engineering, or cybersecurity is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with hands-on experience in database management, network security, and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering—preferably within the FMCG sector or other highly complex industries—you will bring a strong foundation to this role.

Demonstrates robust proficiency in technical finance, encompassing accounting principles, performance management, financial forecasting, return on investment analysis, and strategic evaluation.

A strategic and analytical professional, capable of constructively challenging ideas, distilling complex issues, and conveying insights with clarity to senior leadership.

Proven ability to thrive in intricate, matrixed, and international settings while maintaining a collaborative and proactive approach. Demonstrates comfort working autonomously in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
