Monitor financial transactions, merchant behavior, and ATM operations vigilantly to detect suspicious or irregular activities, promptly investigate flagged transactions, and mitigate any identified fraud risks or scams.

Overseeing merchant and third-party agent activities involves monitoring transactions, business operations, websites, products, and services to verify adherence to scheme rules and legal mandates. This role includes conducting thorough reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation: You will oversee merchant screening and payment intelligence alerts, assist in fraud investigations, document and escalate suspicious activities, and propose strategic recommendations to minimize fraud, chargebacks, and operational risks—all while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ensure the precision and integrity of data collected within acquisition systems, meticulously documenting records and generating reports on suspicious activities and the results of investigations.

Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external industry organizations, to secure necessary data, offer expert advice on fraud prevention and chargeback processes, and facilitate compliance with regulatory and industry reporting mandates.
