A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related role is necessary. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a closely related discipline is required, with a master’s degree strongly preferred.
Professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, ARCA, or their equivalents, is considered beneficial.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, or corporate finance is essential.
Demonstrates strong expertise in financial modeling, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and adeptness with analytical software tools.
Proficiency in development projects, private sector investment initiatives, or donor-funded programs is highly desirable.
Exceptional proficiency in communication, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making is required.
