Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Academic and Research Affairs, this position provides essential support to senior leadership within the Academic and Research Affairs department.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and efficiency. Manage key responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, performing core functions essential to the role. Handle critical tasks with diligence, maintaining high standards of performance and accountability. Address multiple priorities concurrently, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. Ensure adherence to established protocols, policies, and industry regulations throughout all operational activities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve organizational objectives.

Engage actively in the creation and evaluation of educational programs and materials.

Develop a structured course outline to ensure comprehensive coverage of the syllabus and facilitate effective instruction delivery.

Create engaging and comprehensive learning materials that thoroughly address all elements of the course curriculum to ensure full coverage and alignment with educational objectives.

Deliver undergraduate, diploma, and certificate-level courses to students in an academic setting.

Administer and proctor examinations to assess comprehension of course material, then submit detailed progress reports to the department.

Oversee student projects and participate in defense meetings to ensure their successful completion of studies.

Conduct research initiatives, compile findings into scholarly publications, and engage in professional conferences to share the results of our investigations.

Secure external funding opportunities to bolster the University’s research capacity and financial resources.

Conduct field studies and evaluate student performance during practical attachments, educational trips, and internship programs.

Engage actively in official University meetings and events to represent and contribute to institutional initiatives.

Ensure that students meet the examination eligibility criteria by verifying that they have attended at least 80% of all lectures, as recorded in the class attendance sheets.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks and other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
