Overseeing the management of key client relationships represents a primary responsibility of this position, ensuring sustained satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. Developing and executing strategic account plans is essential to drive growth and meet revenue targets, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, is necessary to align on objectives and deliver cohesive client experiences. Additionally, this role involves monitoring account performance metrics to assess health and progress, addressing any issues promptly to mitigate risks and maintain strong partnerships. Providing regular updates to senior leadership on account statuses, challenges, and strategic initiatives is also required to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Field Officers will collaborate closely with the Project Lead and the project team to undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, such as:

Administer surveys and conduct quantitative interviews while adhering to established project protocols and ethical standards.

Gather precise and reliable data by employing standardized research instruments and methodologies in strict adherence to established protocols.

To ensure the collection of pertinent data, it is essential to thoroughly comprehend the research instrument and study objectives.

Consistently uphold data collection protocols to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of all data collected, while safeguarding its integrity throughout every stage of the process.

Prepare and submit daily reports and progress updates to the Project Lead regarding field activities.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate the seamless execution of field activities.

Prepare comprehensive documentation of data collection processes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Identify and address any discrepancies or challenges that may compromise data integrity without delay.

Preserve the confidentiality, dignity, and rights of all research participants at all times while promptly escalating any ethical concerns that may arise.

Facilitate the translation and back-translation of research instruments as needed.

Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the project supervisor.

Seeking a candidate with a robust understanding of industry principles and proven expertise in the field. The ideal applicant will possess relevant qualifications, extensive practical experience, and a track record of delivering measurable results. Familiarity with key tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential, along with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges. Minimum Requirement

Fluent proficiency in both English and Swahili, both orally and in writing, is essential.

Proficient in fundamental computer operations and software applications.

Proficiency in executing quantitative interviews or overseeing survey distribution is required.

Exceptional proficiency in interpersonal dynamics and communication is essential.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to ensuring the highest standards in data collection processes.

Capable of operating autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a team dynamic.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of professional experience and specialized skills relevant to this opportunity. Applicants should meet established educational prerequisites and demonstrate proficiency in key competencies, such as analytical thinking and technical expertise. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are also essential to succeed in this role. Experience in utilizing Android tablets or other digital devices for efficient data collection is required.
