We are looking for a proactive and highly reliable Travel & Events Intern to assist our Travel Coordinator with overseeing the complete coordination of business travel and event logistics. This demanding position demands outstanding responsiveness, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. The chosen candidate will assume a pivotal role in guaranteeing smooth travel experiences for employees and partners spanning multiple regions.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that align with company objectives while fostering team productivity and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and optimize performance metrics. Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all operational areas. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Assist with arranging domestic and international flight bookings, securing accommodations, processing visas, coordinating ground transportation, and managing other essential travel arrangements.

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, such as securing appropriate venues, arranging catering services, and organizing travel logistics for participants.

Develop and maintain accurate travel itineraries, schedules, and associated documentation to ensure seamless trip planning and execution.

Promptly address travel-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until each matter is fully resolved.

Organize and maintain meticulous records of all bookings, payments, and reports ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.

Responsible for assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly travel reports.
