A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of seven to ten years of professional experience in IT, you should demonstrate expertise in ERP implementation, ERP support, or business systems’ management.

Must possess a proven track record of leading at least two complete ERP implementation projects, with preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or distribution sectors.

Professionals should possess a solid grasp of manufacturing ERP processes, encompassing areas such as production, inventory, procurement, sales, warehouse management, costing, and financial workflows.

Professionals should possess hands-on familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, including SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Odoo, Tally, and comparable manufacturing ERP solutions.

We are seeking a skilled ERP professional to oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with ERP platforms, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in configuring modules to align with business processes. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, training end-users, and ensuring system security while optimizing performance. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of hands-on ERP experience. Familiarity with industry-specific ERP solutions and project management methodologies is highly desirable.

Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, reporting, and post-implementation support is required.

Requires exceptional analytical abilities, adept troubleshooting capabilities, clear communication proficiency, and strong stakeholder management expertise.

Proficiency in internal controls, user access management, audit trails, cybersecurity measures, backup systems, and data integrity principles presents a significant advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full scope of ERP implementation initiatives, systematically collecting business requirements, modeling workflows, and verifying that the system aligns with manufacturing controls, inventory administration, cost accounting, authorization protocols, and reporting standards.

Coordinate data migration, conduct testing, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), oversee go-live activities, deliver user training, and provide post-implementation support—all while fostering user adoption and maximizing system effectiveness.

Monitor system performance, ensure documentation and controls remain up to date, facilitate business reporting and analytics, and spearhead ongoing ERP enhancements in accordance with digital transformation objectives.
