The Elementary School Homeroom Teaching Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing student learning, well-being, and classroom efficiency through close collaboration with educators and active participation in instruction, supervision, and student support. All ISK Teaching Assistants are responsible for fostering educational settings that prioritize belonging, inclusion, equity, justice, and holistic well-being for every learner. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong technical proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies, as well as exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is mandatory, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams is essential. Additionally, familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards is highly desirable.

Applicants must hold either a Diploma or Degree in Education.

Preferred candidates will possess a Special Education certification or relevant training.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience supporting students and partnering with educators is required.

Fluent in English, with robust proficiency in mathematics, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in utilizing technological tools and digital platforms is essential.
