The role centers on accelerating sales performance, cultivating partnerships with schools, overseeing distributor networks, and assisting with collections and CRM reporting. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Education, Sales, or Marketing, possess three to five years of experience in educational sales, demonstrate fluency in both English and Kiswahili, and exhibit the capacity to operate autonomously while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Main duties
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Each day, visit assigned schools and maintain precise documentation of all activities conducted.
Proactively discover and transform emerging business prospects into viable opportunities.
Oversee bookshops and distributors to enhance product availability and visibility.
Provide assistance with collection efforts, track overdue accounts, and ensure the submission of sales reports in a timely manner.
Ideal profile
Exceptional proficiency in communication, relationship development, negotiation strategies, and organizational management is essential.
Proficiency in digital technologies, technical tools, data management, and analytical methods is essential. Strong capabilities in leveraging technological solutions, processing data effectively, and deriving actionable insights are required.
