Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Education, Sales, or Marketing, complemented by three to five years of relevant experience in educational sales. Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is essential, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders while working autonomously.

Oversee and perform daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards. Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support organizational objectives. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor performance metrics and initiate improvements where necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times.

Achieve sales targets by implementing a strategic territory plan with precision and focus.

Daily school visits are conducted to maintain precise documentation of activities.

Explore and transform emerging market prospects into viable projects.

Oversee bookshops and distributors to enhance product accessibility and market presence.

Facilitate collections activities, track overdue balances, and prepare and submit sales reports in a prompt and accurate manner.

Ideal profile

Excellent interpersonal abilities, adept at cultivating meaningful connections, conducting strategic negotiations, and maintaining meticulous organizational discipline.

Proficient in digital technologies, technical tools, data management, and analytical methodologies is essential.
