Each month, conduct thorough inspections of every company vehicle, ensuring they are completed promptly and reports are submitted to your direct line manager.
Transport all incoming vehicles to the workshop and organize them systematically for efficient processing.
Evening inspections will be conducted to verify that all vehicles are properly parked and that no deliveries remain unattended in the front parking area.
Vehicle key management entails maintaining accurate records of all issued keys, ensuring their secure storage when not in use, and implementing protocols to prevent loss or unauthorized access. This role involves organizing keys by vehicle, vehicle type, or department, conducting routine audits to verify their availability and condition, and coordinating with relevant teams to track assignments and return deadlines. Additionally, the position requires timely replacement or duplication of keys as needed, strict adherence to company security policies, and maintaining a log of all key transactions for accountability.
All vehicle-related incidents must be documented and reported immediately, with insurance claim forms completed as needed.
Upon fulfillment of the aforementioned responsibilities, candidates will be expected to execute these tasks across both the Pick-up and Truck divisions, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to operational standards in each segment.
