As the trusted advisor to customers across all levels of their organizational structure, from individual practitioners to top-tier senior leadership, you will serve as their go-to expert and primary point of contact.
Conduct and facilitate engaging customer demonstrations that effectively highlight our distinctive value proposition.
Responsible for overseeing Technical Validation projects for prospective customers and partners, ensuring adherence to best practices to secure technical wins in designated opportunities.
Design and implement innovative solutions tailored to enhance and streamline our customers’ security frameworks, enabling them to fortify their defenses with greater efficiency and clarity.
Document the overarching architecture and pivotal scenarios to guarantee the accurate deployment and achievement of value from Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Facilitate discussions regarding current industry trends and the latest developments in the security landscape.
We are tasked with evaluating and presenting how our product aligns with customer needs while emphasizing its unique advantages and competitive edge.
As the primary technical liaison for Network Security, you will work collaboratively to address RBIs and RFPs, positioning Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services where suitable to ensure seamless implementation and optimal value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Qualifications
Your Experience
Professionals with a proven track record in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, particularly those specializing in Zero Trust architectures, networking infrastructure, network security solutions, SaaS security frameworks, or Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) models, are encouraged to apply.
Exceptional ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
Demonstrates proficiency in customer service, with a strong capacity for problem resolution and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
A strong working knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), network security principles, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASE), proxy technologies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions is essential.
Advanced expertise in On-Premise and Cloud-Based Network Security Solutions is required, encompassing a deep understanding of their architecture, deployment models, and operational best practices.
