The primary objective of this position is to fulfill a specific function within the organization, driving key initiatives and supporting overarching goals. The position oversees the advancement of business growth within the retail distribution sector by formulating and implementing strategic sales initiatives designed to boost the adoption of Unit Trusts, Retail Investment Products, and Wealth Management Solutions, delivered through Dedicated Financial Advisors and Independent Financial Advisors.

This position aims to enhance intermediary networks, maximize sales performance, and boost overall productivity throughout the network. Additionally, the role contributes to client retention, enhances channel productivity, and guarantees adherence to CMA, RBA, KRA, AML, Data Protection regulations, and internal policies.

Candidates must hold a relevant academic qualification such as a PhD, Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, with a strong preference for advanced degrees in specialized areas. The role demands a solid educational foundation in subjects directly aligned with the position’s core responsibilities, ensuring depth of knowledge and expertise. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry advancements and evolving academic standards.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

A Master’s degree serves as a valuable asset in this role.

Professional credentials including CSI certification, CFA designation (Level I or higher), or IC PAK/CIA qualifications are considered advantageous.
