KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
As the primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the integration of Commercial Strategy & Levers into our comprehensive end-to-end processes, plans, and strategies within the Franchise, ultimately delivering joint system value. Serving as the pivotal protagonist within the Commercial System, you will drive transformative strategic commercial thought leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure seamless commercial integration into marketing initiatives.

Drive and champion the unified Commercial strategy across the Franchise & Bottling ecosystem, guaranteeing seamless, end-to-end integration from start to finish.
Develop and execute the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with both the Franchise and Bottler teams to design and finalize comprehensive support strategies.
The role involves organizing and managing the Commercial Priorities by Quarter for the Franchise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational execution.
Propel the franchise with the optimal BBM model by establishing and maintaining a robust pack architecture, adjusting strategies in response to evolving market conditions, and harnessing the capabilities of the “On Demand Hub” to create compelling scenarios and solutions that drive measurable impact.
Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, functioning as the Franchise GM’s primary strategic advisor and operational partner.
Our objective is to identify and onboard highly qualified talent capable of addressing the strategic priorities outlined in the On Demand Hub, which include Affordability, Premium offerings, Channel optimization, RGM X initiatives, RTM strategies, and Digital transformation.
Deliver strategic commercial insights and final approval for all marketing campaigns and success metrics, ensuring seamless integration into marketing plans and processes.
Deliver strategic commercial insights to shape and refine Commercial Strategies—including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—ensuring alignment with market demands and opportunities.

Experience
A minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive leadership experience within the Commercial domain is required, with a proven track record in areas such as Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route-to-Market optimization, and Negotiation.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver outstanding results with precision and efficiency.
Strategic and analytical expertise is demonstrated, complemented by exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing capabilities.
Candidates with prior experience in Bottling Systems, franchise operations, or Commercial sectors are highly preferred.
