Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals, overseeing budget allocation and financial performance, and implementing strategies to drive operational efficiency. Facilitate the development and execution of monthly marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms, ensuring strict adherence to established brand standards.

Assist in creating engaging content tailored for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.

Collaborate in transforming conceptual visions into tangible deliverables, overseeing each stage from initial ideation to final execution.

Analyze current market trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and assess audience behaviors to strengthen our campaign initiatives.

Provide support in organizing photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, with hands-on assistance on the day of the production.

Examine social media and digital performance data to extract actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives with commercial strategies, ensuring cohesive alignment between both functions.

Assist in managing content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Monitor industry developments and innovative concepts, then share insights with the team to drive forward-thinking strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with a focus on backend systems or APIs
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, with emphasis placed on a positive attitude and an inquisitive mindset rather than the specific academic discipline studied.

A strong passion for brand development, marketing strategies, and the ways businesses engage with their audiences is essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are essential.

Organized, dependable, and adept at multitasking, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in social media tools, analytics platforms, or Canva considered an additional advantage.
