We are a leading real estate developer seeking a skilled Content Creator to oversee the entire video production process, encompassing filming, editing, publishing, and performance optimization. This position encompasses two key areas: external content for our property developments—including platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn—and internal content for the business, such as health and safety videos, training materials, internal communications, and site updates. The ideal candidate will be quick-thinking, highly organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong grasp of social media trends, with a keen interest in analyzing and improving content performance post-launch.

What You’ll Do:

Develop engaging, platform-optimized social content for our real estate projects—including concise vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), behind-the-scenes footage, lifestyle features, neighborhood highlights, construction updates, and pre-launch promotional campaigns.

Craft high-caliber property and development films on an infrequent basis, with an emphasis on excellence given our three developments. These flagship tour and campaign videos, produced in smaller quantities, demand exceptional quality and are typically commissioned several times per quarter, often in conjunction with launches or significant milestones.

Create engaging internal video content, including health and safety training, site induction materials, instructional guides, internal announcements, and team communications. Ensure the content is clear, well-structured, and easy to follow for all audiences.

You will manage the entire production workflow, from planning and filming to editing, captioning, and publishing, with complete autonomy—no need for external direction on what to capture.

Monitor performance metrics and refine content accordingly. Upon identifying an underperforming video—due to issues such as a weak hook, incorrect format, poor audio quality, or ineffective thumbnail—you will swiftly produce a revised version and re-upload it. Proactive in recognizing low engagement, you take immediate initiative without requiring external prompts.

Tailor content to align with the unique preferences of each platform—whether TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or Facebook—to maximize engagement, as each rewards distinct formats and styles. Adjust length, tone, and structure accordingly to optimize performance across these channels.

Track emerging trends across social media platforms and consistently introduce innovative formats, compelling hooks, and engaging audio content to the team in a forward-thinking manner.

Develop and oversee our expanding content repository by systematically organizing production assets—including b-roll, establishing shots, lifestyle footage, drone footage, and interior captures—into a searchable, tagged system. Ensure footage is logged and filed for immediate retrieval, enabling quick access and reuse of any asset to streamline workflow efficiency.

Oversee your individual pipeline in Trello, ensuring daily updates to cards, systematic organization of the shooting schedule, early identification of blockers, and immediate attention to all items to prevent anything from remaining unattended.

Efficiently convey information via email and Trello while maintaining prompt responses within the same business day during standard working hours.

Output Expectations:

This position is centered around efficient delivery performance. The ideal applicant will reliably achieve approximately:

Produce six to eight short-form social media videos weekly for our development channels, ensuring timely delivery of urgent content on the same or following day.

Crafting internal videos—covering health and safety, training, and communications—requires consistent production, with a typical requirement of 2 to 4 videos delivered within the same week each month, subject to evolving business priorities.

Flagship development films are produced on a campaign basis, featuring a lower frequency but higher production value, and are meticulously planned in advance.

Identification of underperforming videos must occur promptly, followed by recutting and reloading efforts to ensure they are back online within a 48-hour window post-publication.

Must-Haves:

You demonstrate a strong command of social media platforms, regularly engaging with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your awareness is current, as you can identify three trending videos from this week and articulate the reasons behind their success.

You demonstrate a performance-driven mindset, actively monitoring the analytics related to your work. When a task or project falls short of expectations, your immediate response is to identify the root cause and refine it, rather than shifting focus to a new assignment.

Capable of independent, effective direction on any shoot, you can enter a development site, show home, or office without prior briefing and immediately determine the optimal shots to capture, rendering a shot list unnecessary.

You demonstrate adaptability across different communication styles. Your ability to craft engaging TikTok hooks seamlessly transitions into producing concise, reassuring health and safety videos that ensure on-site teams fully grasp and retain the information.

Delivering swift yet polished edits remains your priority, with perfectionism serving as a close second. You consistently ensure projects are finalized and dispatched in a timely manner.

You possess a discerning eye for property and lifestyle aesthetics, or demonstrate the capacity to cultivate one swiftly. Your expertise includes recognizing elements that resonate with buyers—such as natural light, open spaces, seamless flow, desirable lifestyles, and sought-after neighborhoods.

You demonstrate exceptional systems discipline by effectively utilizing Trello (or similar platforms), ensuring prompt email responses within four business hours, and maintaining consistent communication without disappearing during brief assignments.

Own equipment or proficiency with provided gear is required. This includes a camera, gimbals, drone (preferred), lighting equipment, audio tools, and editing software such as Premiere, Cap Cut, da Vinci, or comparable applications.

We’re interested in evaluating your practical experience, so please share a portfolio featuring completed projects such as reels, social videos, and brand or corporate work.

Nice-to-Haves:

A valid drone pilot certification along with a proven background in capturing high-quality aerial footage is required.

A background in real estate, property, architecture, interiors, or construction content is required.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of creating corporate, training, or health and safety content tailored specifically for internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in motion graphics, foundational color grading techniques, and sound design is required.

Proven aptitude for crafting compelling captions and irresistible hooks.
