Achieve departmental KPIs, including material efficiency measured in kilograms per square meter, design efficiency tracked in hours per design and designs per day, and a reduction in design errors, defined as the percentage of total orders affected.
Ensure customer expectations are met by adhering to the established design timelines in collaboration with line managers.

Perform random quality checks and inspections on jobs undergoing fabrication as needed.
Play an active role in coaching and training new departmental recruits to foster ongoing professional development and performance enhancement.
Perform any additional duties or responsibilities deemed relevant or necessary to support ongoing operations, as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and experience required include a minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities are critical. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience with project management tools or ERP systems is advantageous.
Holds a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field from an accredited academic institution.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of their functions and capabilities.
Proficiency in utilizing design spreadsheets and Computer Aided Design Software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Proton, Mater series, and Standard, is required.
