Seeking a dedicated professional who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a proven track record of at least two years in a comparable role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in project management software and strong analytical skills to interpret complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is required to ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Applicants are required to satisfy the following criteria:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Cooperative Business, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or closely related disciplines, earned from The Co-operative University of Kenya.

Residing within one of the designated study counties is a mandatory requirement for candidates.

You must have access to either a smartphone or a tablet.

Proficiency in the primary language spoken in the study area is required.

Must commit to full availability throughout the entire duration of the training and data collection phases.

Previous experience as an enumerator would be beneficial.
