What you’ll do:
As the Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the school to families and the broader community, embodying its values and mission. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in expanding enrollment while ensuring an exceptional experience for students and parents, encompassing the following key responsibilities:
Develop and implement DISC’s student recruitment strategy for the four campuses.
Spearhead strategic initiatives to expand enrollment while overseeing the admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Develop robust pipelines of potential clients by cultivating strategic partnerships and conducting proactive outreach initiatives.
Facilitate parent engagement and student retention efforts to strengthen the school community and enhance educational outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate admissions metrics using the CRM system, then present findings to management to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee and manage the local admissions and marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
Collaborate proactively with Heads of School to align on strategic enrollment objectives and priorities.
Strive to maintain robust and cohesive ENSO brand presence across all campus environments.
