The Customer Experience Officer position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer journeys. Proactively recognize and elevate any product, technical, or operational concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.

Register new customer product warranties through Absol’s cloud-based application.

Perform introductory meetings with new mill owners to facilitate their onboarding process and ensure proper initial operation of the equipment.

Deliver prompt and comprehensive resolution for every customer issue spanning technical, commercial, and training domains to ensure full and timely completion.

Educate clients regarding the diverse components of Absol’s offerings—spanning products and services—by clearly explaining their features, benefits, and applications.

Professionally operating the Absol Hammer Mill involves adhering to established best practices to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and durability. Familiarity with the machine’s operational guidelines, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules is essential for smooth functionality. Users must possess the ability to monitor quality, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot common issues independently. A strong understanding of material characteristics and the desired end product specifications is also required to achieve consistent results. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, along with proper documentation of usage and maintenance activities, supports long-term reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of every customer interaction in accordance with established management protocols.
