Manages and supervises the Credit Pay collections process to ensure prompt and efficient recovery of outstanding debts. Works collaboratively with internal teams, engages with clients, and implements strategic measures to reduce delinquencies. Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and operational oversight to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures as needed. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous development, engagement, and innovation. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment on strategic goals.

Oversee and drive the full Credit Pay collections process from start to finish, with a focus on tracking delinquencies and deploying targeted collection strategies.

Assess customers’ creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits in coordination with the credit analysis team.

Cultivate and sustain strong client connections to ensure transparent dialogue and effectively address any payment discrepancies.

Analyze customer accounts to detect patterns, evaluate key indicators, and propose enhancements to operational workflows that reduce overdue balances.

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other pertinent departments to manage client concerns and accelerate the resolution of disputes.

Employ conflict resolution and persuasive communication strategies to obtain payment agreements and address disputes in a constructive manner.

Compile and deliver periodic reports summarizing collection operations, aging evaluations, and critical performance metrics for review by senior leadership.

To maintain awareness of evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and established best practices within the credit and collections field.

Does this sound like you?

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a demonstrated track record in credit and collections, encompassing a minimum of three years in a senior or lead position.

Proficiency in credit risk evaluation, debt recovery methodologies, and relevant legal frameworks is essential.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients is essential.

Demonstrates strong aptitude in operating credit management software platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Possesses a strong analytical capacity, enabling the evaluation of financial data and the formulation of well-informed decisions.
