Prepare, evaluate, review, negotiate, and oversee all contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Deliver expert legal counsel regarding investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
Perform comprehensive legal due diligence assessments for potential investments and business collaborations.
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies through vigilant oversight and enforcement.
Assist in the management of corporate governance activities, such as board and committee operations.
Collaborate with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to address and resolve legal matters effectively.

Perform comprehensive legal research and deliver prompt legal opinions addressing emerging issues that impact the business.
Provide support to the Company Secretary function as needed.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics. At least three years of professional experience in software development, systems analysis, or a closely related discipline is required. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is also necessary. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams are expected.
A Juries Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree is required.
Dedicated professional authorized to represent clients before the High Court, possessing comprehensive legal expertise and a commitment to upholding justice. Responsible for presenting arguments, filing motions, and ensuring adherence to procedural protocols in high-stakes litigation. Requires an in-depth understanding of constitutional law, statutory regulations, and courtroom advocacy techniques. Must demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks with precision.
A minimum of two years of post-admission experience is required.
