Manage the development and execution of strategic food promotions to ensure optimal effectiveness.
Oversee the upkeep and organization of departmental spaces through regular weekly inspections to ensure cleanliness and order are consistently maintained.
Maintain stringent adherence to food safety management protocols and hygiene standards, as outlined by the hotel’s HACCP guidelines, within the department.
Oversee food quality and compliance with established standards across all Outlets to ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
Ensure all departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence are prepared accurately and submitted promptly.
