Serve as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leaders, delivering strategic insights, constructive challenges, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable, profitable growth.

Own financial performance management for assigned brands/channels involves providing precise analysis of actual financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and delivering forward-looking insights.

Spearhead planning initiatives, establish performance targets, and develop forecasts—including Latest Estimates—in close collaboration with the Sales team, while maintaining clear assumptions and adhering to a consistent update schedule.

Oversee and manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability through governance and post-evaluation processes.

Partner with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments by analyzing ROI and effectiveness metrics, ensuring programs deliver optimal results.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for innovation, portfolio optimization, and revenue management initiatives to facilitate informed go/no-go decisions, as well as ongoing benefits tracking.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Prepare management reporting and perform variance analysis against plan and budget, while collaborating with finance partners to facilitate period-end close activities.

Provide ad hoc analytical support and project assistance to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in project management, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering—preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or other similarly intricate industries—you will be well-positioned to contribute effectively to our team.

Proficient in technical finance, encompassing accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and strategic analysis.
