Lead and oversee the complete Credit Pay collections process from start to finish, with a focus on tracking delinquencies and deploying targeted collection strategies.
Assess customers’ creditworthiness and, in partnership with the credit analysis team, determine appropriate credit limits.
Cultivate and uphold strong connections with clients to foster transparent communication and address any payment-related concerns efficiently.
Analyze customer accounts to discern patterns, propose strategic enhancements to operational workflows, and mitigate outstanding debts through targeted recommendations.
Collaborate across departments such as sales, customer service, and other relevant teams to promptly resolve client concerns and disputes.
Employ strategic negotiation and persuasive communication techniques to obtain firm payment agreements while fostering mutually agreeable resolutions to disputes.
Compile and deliver periodic reports to management that detail collection activities, aging analysis, and critical performance metrics.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of senior or lead-level experience in credit and collections, you possess a strong track record of success in this field.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in evaluating credit risks, implementing effective debt recovery techniques, and understanding relevant legal considerations.
Requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate seamless collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
Experienced in leveraging credit management software alongside Microsoft Office Suite for optimal performance.
Must possess a strong analytical orientation, capable of evaluating financial data and deriving well-informed conclusions to guide decision-making.
