Job Summary

This position serves as a liaison between IT and business functions, focusing on evaluating processes, identifying requirements, and providing data-driven insights through recommendations and reports for executives and stakeholders. Responsibilities include performing business analysis, designing solutions, and specifying system enhancements and requirements in response to product modifications or significant business initiatives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational performance across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
