THE ROLE PURPOSE

The Manager of Governance & Regulatory is tasked with directing governance and regulatory compliance initiatives, as well as assisting with company secretarial responsibilities, to guarantee the organization fully complies with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations.

As the successful candidate, you will be entrusted with a range of critical duties, including overseeing key initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
