The Communications Manager for DREAM 2030 will spearhead the development and execution of a dynamic, Pan-African communications strategy designed to amplify the visibility of the DREAM program and foster greater inclusion of Refugee and Displaced Persons (RDP) across the continent. This role will involve championing the economic and social benefits of integrating RDP youth—particularly young women, who comprise 70% of the target group, and youth with disabilities, accounting for 10%—into education and meaningful, dignified employment opportunities.

This position extends beyond conventional PR, serving as a specialized technical advisory role focused on network management and knowledge sharing. You will collaborate with Mastercard Foundation teams and their cross-sector partners—spanning Education, Agriculture, and Digital—to integrate inclusive messaging and data-driven storytelling into their initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves delivering targeted technical support to Refugee-Led Organizations (Los) and the Youth Advisory Board (LAB), enhancing their ability to communicate and advocate independently, thereby amplifying the voices of Refugee-Driven Programs (RDP) in public discourse.

Conducts a range of duties including overseeing daily operations, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with established policies.
