To facilitate operational support within the underwriting processes, this role will serve as the primary liaison between the underwriting team and customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with market penetration and business growth objectives.

Evaluating new or renewal business proposals with thorough analysis to determine appropriate decisions regarding acceptance or denial.

Address escalated customer issues proactively to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Driving expansion by fostering strategic partnerships with diverse distribution networks, including insurance brokers, agents, and bancassurance channels, while improving service accessibility and broadening client outreach.

Engaging with clients, agents, and brokers to discuss and finalize terms related to coverage, pricing, and service delivery.

Analyzing renewal rates for both groups and individuals, leveraging customers’ background, industry, and demographic data, to derive actionable insights.

Education and Experience Required: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, is required. Additionally, a minimum of five years of professional experience in a related industry is necessary, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Prior experience in project management, software development, or systems analysis is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in insurance or a business-related discipline is required.

Progress Insurance Professional Qualification seeks a seasoned Insurance Professional to join our team.
