KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
As the principal Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the alignment of the Commercial Strategy and its key levers with our end-to-end processes, strategic plans, and initiatives to drive collective system value across the Franchise. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the driving force behind transformative commercial strategy, championing innovative leadership and collaboration. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure seamless integration of commercial priorities into marketing strategies and execution.
Responsibilities encompass maintaining unwavering attention to detail while overseeing project execution from inception to completion. Scope involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Impact is measured through the delivery of high-quality results that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable business growth.
Drive and champion the integrated Commercial agenda within the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.
Develop and enhance the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise by collaborating closely with both the Franchise and Bottler teams to create comprehensive support strategies.
Maximize alignment of Commercial Priorities with the Franchise’s Quarterly Strategic Objectives, ensuring focused execution of key initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Deliver the optimal BBM model tailored to the franchise, establishing a robust pack architecture while adapting to evolving market conditions, and utilizing the “On Demand Hub” to create impactful scenarios and solutions.
Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, functioning as the primary strategic advisor to the Franchise General Manager.
Our task involves sourcing and engaging qualified candidates to fulfill the critical objectives outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” which include enhancing Affordability, Premium offerings, Channel strategies, RGM X initiatives, RTM operations, and Digital transformation.
Provide commercial input and approval for all marketing campaigns, as well as the Picture of Success, while ensuring seamless integration into marketing plans and processes.
Offer strategic commercial guidance across all Commercial Strategies—ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to validate that plans and approaches align with current market conditions.

The role involves facilitating communication to assist Franchise Leadership in aligning Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities with their implementation, while also supporting the Franchise and Bottling System in establishing strategic direction, priorities, and performance metrics in collaboration with Bottler senior leaders.
Engaging with senior executives of major clients, trusted advisors, and other critical stakeholders to advance and execute pivotal business development strategies within the market.
Seeking an individual with a proven track record in the relevant field, demonstrating at least three years of hands-on experience in similar roles.
