KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
As the Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System within the Franchise, you will spearhead the incorporation of commercial strategies and levers into our end-to-end processes, plans, and strategies to generate shared system value. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary commercial system advocate and collaborator, driving forward-thinking strategic leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure seamless commercial integration into their plans.

Drive the integrated Commercial agenda across the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.
Foster strategic collaboration with Franchise and Bottler teams to design, construct, and enhance the Commercial ABP, ensuring comprehensive and actionable support frameworks are fully developed.
Set quarterly priorities in alignment with the franchise’s commercial objectives to ensure strategic focus and measurable outcomes.
Deliver the optimal BBM model tailored to the Franchise by establishing and maintaining the correct pack architecture, adjusting strategies in response to evolving market conditions, and utilizing the “On Demand Hub” to create impactful scenarios and solutions.
Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, providing strategic guidance and operational support as the primary advisor to the Franchise General Manager.
Attract and secure top-tier talent to fulfill the critical priorities outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” including Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital initiatives.
Deliver commercial insights and endorse all Marketing Campaigns and Picture of Success, ensuring seamless integration into marketing strategies and operational frameworks.
Deliver strategic commercial expertise across key Commercial Strategies—including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to validate that all strategies and plans are optimally aligned with market demands.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a deep understanding of both Consumer and Commercial landscapes, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
This position will collaborate closely in an integrated, cross-functional manner with senior leadership and operational teams within the Customer & Commercial Leadership divisions, as well as external stakeholders, including customers and bottling partners.
Proven capability to foster cross-functional collaboration and system-wide alignment, particularly through leading and facilitating execution alignment and collaboration efforts to ensure General Managers fully embrace and own OU strategies.
Demonstrated proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to articulate complex concepts in accessible terms and tailor communication styles to diverse audiences is a key requirement. Additionally, adeptness in active listening and providing constructive feedback is paramount for fostering productive professional relationships.
Liaise with senior executives, internal stakeholders, and key customers, as well as bottling partners, fostering collaborative relationships at the highest organizational levels.
Internal: The position serves as a liaison between Customer & Commercial Leadership and Franchise Leadership across different organizational levels.
To facilitate strategic alignment and implementation between Franchise Leadership and Commercial & Customer Leadership strategies, as well as to advance Franchise & Bottling System priorities and performance, this role involves consistent communication with Bottler senior leaders.
Communicating with senior executives of major clients, key advisors, and other stakeholders to advance and ensure the successful execution of critical business development initiatives within the market.
Experienced professionals with a proven track record in the field are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience to be considered for this role. Demonstrated expertise in key responsibilities, including project management, team leadership, and strategic planning, is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and methodologies is required. The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are expected.
A minimum of 10 to 12 years of leadership experience in the Commercial domain is required, with expertise in areas such as Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route to Market, and Negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently with a high standard of performance and efficiency.
Strategic and analytical capabilities are demonstrated, complemented by exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Professionals with prior experience in Bottling Systems, franchise operations, or commercial environments are highly preferred.
