As the Commercial Partner overseeing the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the alignment of Commercial Strategy & Levers within our comprehensive end-to-end processes, plans, and strategic initiatives to maximize joint system value. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the driving force behind transformative commercial thinking, acting as a key protagonist in the system’s strategic direction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure seamless integration of commercial priorities into marketing strategies.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Lead and champion the comprehensive Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling framework, delivering seamless end-to-end integration across all operations.
Craft and expand the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise, collaborating closely with both the Franchise and Bottler teams to develop comprehensive support strategies.
Establish and execute quarterly priorities for the Franchise in alignment with Commercial objectives.
Position the BBM model strategically to align with franchise objectives, establishing an appropriate pack architecture while remaining responsive to market fluctuations. Utilize the “On Demand Hub” to design and implement impactful scenarios and solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and operational partner to the Franchise GM, providing expert guidance and seamless support to drive franchise success.

To facilitate effective communication, this role will engage with Franchise Leadership to align and execute Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities, while also driving the strategic direction and priorities of the Franchise & Bottling System. Additionally, the position will be responsible for communicating performance metrics to Bottler senior leaders.
External professionals will engage with senior executives of prominent clients, critical advisors, and other key stakeholders to advance and ensure the successful execution of pivotal business development projects within the market.
With a proven track record in the field, candidates should possess hands-on experience in relevant methodologies and technologies. A minimum of three years of direct experience is typically required, though exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates with transferable skills. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or frameworks is essential, as is the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. Experience leading projects, mentoring teams, or driving process improvements is highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning are expected to adapt to evolving industry demands.
A proven leader with 10 to 12 or more years of hands-on experience in Commercial, excelling in Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route-to-Market design, and Negotiation, among other key areas.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver outstanding results through efficient and effective execution.
Demonstrates exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities alongside strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
