Doctor & Consultant Management involves overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and professional development of medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, managing performance evaluations, and addressing any staffing challenges. Working closely with the Medical Director, oversee the adherence of all visiting and resident consultants to legal, regulatory, and hospital policy mandates, encompassing license validity, professional indemnity coverage, registration status, and contractual responsibilities.
Ensure consultant documentation is kept accurate and current while overseeing the prompt renewal of licenses and professional certifications.
Create and maintain a comprehensive centralized database that tracks visiting and resident consultants, capturing essential details such as specialty, availability, contractual status, and compliance documentation.

Relevant prior experience in managing medical staff, consultants, or clinical service coordination would be highly advantageous.
