Administrative support will be provided to the Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and seamless communication among members. This role involves maintaining organized records, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and assisting with correspondence to uphold compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the position requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The Agency’s strategic plan, including its formulation, development, and implementation, as well as any additional plans, must be executed to fulfill the Agency’s mandate.
The professional will be responsible for overseeing staff organization and management, ensuring efficient coordination and supervision to maintain productivity and workplace harmony.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Board from time to time.
The Chief Executive Officer will serve as the Secretary to the Board, fulfilling the responsibilities associated with that position.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the position. Applicants should possess a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the field. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role is required. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, proficiency with industry-specific software and tools is necessary. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is also a key requirement.
No individual may be appointed as Chief Executive Officer unless they meet the following criteria:
Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification from an accredited institution and demonstrate a minimum of five years of professional experience in sports or administrative roles.
Possesses expertise and hands-on experience in anti-doping protocols and regulations.
Ensures compliance with the provisions outlined in Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
