Conduct comprehensive analyses of Digital Banking solutions, including mobile banking, internet banking, APIs, and digital channels, to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Transform digital customer needs into actionable data-driven insights that directly inform and enhance product improvements.
Serves as the primary authority on technical specifications related to digital solutions.
Serves as the primary liaison throughout projects and system enhancements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Accountabilities

Translate business and customer needs into actionable digital product features and user stories.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products, including adoption rates, active user counts, transaction success ratios, and user drop-off points.

Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans for digital banking platforms, contributing to the product roadmap development process.
Conduct comprehensive post-release assessments to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements and implement recommended refinements.
Work collaboratively with IT, UX, and business teams to identify and prioritize enhancements.
Perform comprehensive cost-benefit and impact assessments to evaluate digital initiatives, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
Provides first-line support for users resolving issues encountered on digital channels on a day-to-day basis.
Housekeeping responsibilities involve managing and maintaining digital communication channels, specifically those related to SMS purchases, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
The individual is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the disaster recovery (DR) site, as well as coordinating and executing business continuity management (BCM) testing schedules.
Conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of newly developed products and systems.
Responsible for educating users on both new and existing digital systems, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to utilize these platforms effectively.
In collaboration with the Supplier Manager, serve as the main point of contact for the supplier, addressing escalations related to supplier issues. Oversee the Accountable Executive relationship and approvals by providing consistent management information, reporting discrepancies, and tracking supplier-related concerns.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Information Communications and Technology, including developments in hardware, software, products, and services.
Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute regression testing, and ensure quality assurance for new product releases and system enhancements.
The role involves overseeing reporting and data management tasks, comprising 30% of the position’s responsibilities. Identify and elevate data quality and governance concerns to the relevant line manager for prompt resolution.
Manages and directs the company’s control objectives, ensuring they account for 10% of overall operational focus.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards in digital analytics initiatives.
Evaluate and oversee potential risks associated with digital products and customer experience to ensure proactive mitigation and seamless operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
