What you’ll do

Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Automate workflows, streamline routing processes, and facilitate approval procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Utilize SQL, APIs, and scripts to integrate various systems seamlessly.

Configure metadata structures, establish security protocols, and design document frameworks to ensure efficient information management and compliance with organizational standards.

Diagnose technical issues and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

What you need

Professionals should possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in workflow management systems or electronic form solutions, including platforms such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or comparable technologies.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including expertise in Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console.

Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.

Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.

Nice to have

Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or an SDK is required.

Experience in managing Entra ID and IIS environments is required.
