The incumbent will facilitate the company’s digital transformation strategy by delivering technical and operational assistance across critical functions within the BTS department, such as cloud infrastructure administration, enterprise architecture development, business application maintenance, quality assurance, and innovation through J-Hub initiatives. Responsibilities include executing low-to-medium complexity assignments, mitigating backlog accumulation, accelerating response times, and nurturing a pipeline of emerging talent with specialized skills. Additionally, the role will drive innovation while safeguarding institutional knowledge to ensure sustainable operational excellence.
A master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role are essential, with additional preference given to candidates holding a doctorate or possessing specialized expertise in the subject.
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, Business Information Systems, Software Development, Design, Innovation Management, UX/UI, or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency in key technologies is essential, including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as monitoring tools, architectural principles, diagramming software (such as Vision or Lucid chart), and application testing platforms (e.g., Jira). Additionally, expertise in data management, UI/UX design tools (including Figma and Adobe XD), prototyping techniques, and user research methodologies is required.
Proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning represents an additional asset, particularly for individuals who have completed relevant coursework in these domains, such as Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
Proficiency in foundational concepts, data science principles, deep learning methodologies, or neural network architectures is required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver outstanding user support and maintain meticulous documentation standards.
