Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Own and manage the Business Line P&L
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
Lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams
Manage distributors, dealers, and key customer relationships
Drive pricing, inventory, and business performance optimization
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Partner with key industry stakeholders to strengthen market leadership
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Industrial Equipment, Compressors, Power Generation, Automation, Engineering Services, or related industries
Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and channel management
Proven exposure to P&L management and commercial decision-making
Experience managing distributors and multi-country markets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
