Your mission:

This position oversees the strategic management of designated reseller accounts and cultivates high-value client relationships to drive revenue growth within the Epsom product portfolio.

What you will do:

Oversee the administration of chosen non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Deliver measurable results aligned with role-specific Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account expansion, adherence to established talk time benchmarks, and attainment of productive call targets.

Cold call potential resellers, leveraging promotions and campaigns as a strategic hook to capture their interest. Evaluate leads to determine their viability as prospects, gauging the strength of their potential and guiding them through the sales process until closure. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure a seamless and successful sale, fostering collaboration to secure the opportunity.

Upselling and cross-selling our full range of products is a primary responsibility within this role.

Actively facilitating resellers in reaching their rebate targets when enrolled in a partner program, while ensuring alignment with Epsom’s requirements to optimize both partner success and business profitability.

To advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status by driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing operational performance.

Maintain a steady flow of opportunities in the pipeline and ensure their timely updates in the forecast system to preserve data accuracy.

Engage business unit leaders in the evaluation of significant opportunities to confirm stock availability.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as required.

Prospect for potential resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
