Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Lead and mentor teams to ensure high performance, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with company policies and industry standards. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and foster continuous improvement across all functional areas. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership, employees, and external stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication, resolve conflicts, and build strong professional relationships. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Proactively seek and establish partnerships with new corporate clients, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and wholesale buyers to expand the customer base.
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales and promote a diverse range of office stationery, educational supplies, office consumables, printer toners, ink cartridges, and associated products to meet client needs.
Perform client site visits, deliver compelling presentations, and execute product demonstrations as required.
Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Develop and submit price quotes while actively pursuing potential sales leads.
Facilitate the prompt receipt of payments from onboarded clients to uphold financial obligations.
Attain a monthly sales revenue target of KES 1,000,000.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all sales-related activities and customer engagements to uphold precise records.
Analyze market trends to uncover potential business opportunities and evaluate emerging prospects for strategic expansion.
Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of compliance regulations and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.
