Your mission:
This position entails overseeing the account management of designated reseller accounts, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with pivotal clients to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.
What you will do:
Engage with the management teams overseeing non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Drive measurable performance improvements by meeting and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account expansion, adherence to specified talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.
Cold calls are conducted to identify resellers suspected of using promotional offers and campaigns as enticing tactics. The role involves qualifying leads to assess prospect viability and the strength of each opportunity, ensuring seamless progression toward deal closure. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with other departments to facilitate and secure the sale effectively.
Our role encompasses actively promoting and enhancing sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our comprehensive product offerings to maximize revenue potential.
Assisting resellers in maximizing their rebate earnings through appropriate partner programs, while simultaneously aligning them with programs that optimize both Epsom’s strategic objectives and the partners’ business requirements.
To facilitate the advancement of accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status, this role focuses on strategic account development and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying key opportunities, implementing targeted promotional strategies, and ensuring seamless transitions to enhance overall account performance and management efficiency.
To maintain the integrity of sales projections, you will continuously identify and advance opportunities through the pipeline while ensuring that all forecasted deals remain current to provide reliable data.
Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding substantial opportunities to guarantee stock availability.
Attend industry events, including shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, to represent Epsom upon request.
Identify prospective resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
